“After years of low-carb eating and avoiding bread completely, I really wanted to enjoy bread again. Since I was convinced that bread was unhealthy, I started to wonder how bread has been a staple food throughout history and yet is associated with so many health problems today.

If I was going to eat bread again, I wanted it to be the healthiest bread possible! 

I stumbled on a podcast called Sue’s Healthy Minutes–by Sue Becker. The entire podcast is devoted to the health benefits of switching to homemade bread made from home-milled flour and was amazed how they brought in guest after guest sharing the stories of how eating this bread has had a remarkable impact on their health–reversing and improving all kinds of illnesses.

Additionally, my brother who has had type II diabetes for 20 years (and wears a continuous glucose monitor) tried some and to his total surprise it didn’t make his blood sugar spike as all other flour based foods do!

I encourage you to try it and am offering the smaller loaves in addition to the full-sized loaf for anyone who wants to “dip their toe” into the waters of eating REAL bread and see how it agrees with them.
